The Perseid Meteor shower fascinates me and I really enjoy it every time! This summer I captured videos of some early Perseids on August 3th/4th and many-many more during the nights 12/13 and 13/14 August.
The Mt Parnon observation was made with my Watec camera during the SPOSH Campaign at Mt.Parnon, Greece. This was the 6th successive year of such recordings in Greece by the Technical Universitat Berlin and the DLR Institute. In the following graph, you can see the result of analysis of 29 meteor trails that I captured that night. Of them, 13 were sporadic, 7 Perseid meteors, 5 Southern Delta Aquariid meteors, 2 Kappa Cygnids, 1 Piscis Austrinid and 1 Capricornid. Many thanks to friend Apostolos Christou for his major help in the analysis of the captured trails. During this night, we also observed some deep-sky objects and planets Neptume and Uranus with my 10″ SCT.
Yesterday, during the maximum I was at my home in Athens with Kyriaki. We set up the camera at the usual place as every year (balcony) and captured 75 meteors of all kinds from 23 pm to 4:30 am local. No analysis yet, but in the following GIF you can see 21 of the most prominent Perseid meteors.

As I am typing these words, it is 2:20 am in Athens and I am recording more meteors.
